Dorset Wedding Photographers Bride Top Tips 2013 – Helen & Tom

Big welcome to the blog today to Helen and Tom who had their fab Dorset wedding in October last year and got away with one of the most fabulous weather days we had last year. Just as well as they got married at St georges Church in the lovely Daorset village of Langton Maltravers, but then wen’t down to Anvil Point Lighthouse for a champagne reception for a few hours before finally heading to their Dorset wedding venue Kingston Country Courtyard for the evening festivities.

Here are Helen and Tom …

Hi,

Wow…here we go ;-)
Our hands down favourite is this picture….

(but then the top 5 for Tom and I differs massively….too many good shots to pick from!). Difficult to sum up in words why apart from that it’s just awesome! ………..”it was always going to be a risk booking a cliff top wedding in October but it  paid off. Awesome location, awesome day and, as the picture highlights, lucky with the weather…worth the gamble.

Top 3 tips:
People will be travelling a long way so make a weekend of it – try and eek out the weekend with pub lunches, walks and anything really to max out on time with them
Involve as many friends and family as you can in the day – don’t get people you don’t know doing it all for you.
Ummm…can’t think! 1 and 2 are the biggies

Hold up…Tom is on fire with the words tonight….ready for the cheese factor…

TIp 3: Hire Courtenay to take the photos

Tips 1 and 2 create the memories and tip 3 ensure they get captured!

Boom! ;-)

Take care

Helen & Tom xx

Ha ha…Boom indeed, thank you Helen and Tom, it was a very lovely day  :-)
